Current information on antigen testing of students of the Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen
From 17/03/2021, we are obliged to test all students who attend clinical practices at the University Hospital Pilsen – both Lochotín and Bory.
Testing will take place in the UNIMEC building, Blue Auditorium (alej Svobody 1655/76) and each study group is given time to attend the tests. Please note in advance that it is not possible to change the time with another group or student, in case the student does not attend the test, he cannot go to class at the University Hospital for a whole week, the next test
will be available in 7 days, and tests will take place until further notice.
You must bring your identity card, the health insurance card and the completed form, which you will find below. The group, which always starts the day, i.e. it is written as the first one at 8.00 am, ensures the testing of other students all morning, the first afternoon group ensures the afternoon testing, the groups are marked in red on the list. The schedule of antigen testing of students is posted on the faculty website in the COVID-19 section for students. 4 students from the group will be needed, who will be trained and will take samples from others. Students will take turns next week.
It is also possible to recognize a negative antigen test from another testing center if the test is performed on the same day as the scheduled testing of the group for FMP. The student is obliged to send the scanned confirmation to the study department always during the given week, no later than on Friday at 12.00.
a) have undergone laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 disease, your isolation period has expired according to the valid emergency measure of the Ministry of Health, you do not show any symptoms of COVID-19 disease, and no more than 90 days have passed since since the first positive RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 virus or POC antigen test the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen, or
b) have a certificate issued by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic for vaccination against COVID-19, and at least 14 days have passed since the second dose of the vaccine inthe case of a two-dose schedule according to the SPC, or the dose of the vaccine has been administered at least 14 days ago in the case of a single dose schedule according to the SPC, and you do not show any signs of COVID-19;
You need to send a scan of the above confirmations immediately to your study department and you do not have to go for testing, but you are obliged to carry a statutory declaration about one of the above facts whenever you move in the University Hospital Pilsen. Statutory declarations can again be downloaded in the COVID-19 section for students.
If you do not have such confirmation, you will be tested.
