It will <em>no longer be necessary to apply for an individual activation code<\/em>. To activate or extend your license, you will need to complete a verification process. On the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amboss.com\/int\/cz\/campus-licenses\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AMBOSS<\/a>&nbsp;website choose \u201eFaculty of Medicine in Pilsen\u201c. To complete the verification, you must use your <strong>university e-mail address<\/strong>. If needed, you may also consult the <a href=\"https:\/\/elearning.cuni.cz\/navod.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">university e-mail manual<\/a>. On behalf of faculty\/hospital, we enter so-called consortia and thanks to this we have access to several hundreds online journal&#8217;s titles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is necessary to keep in mind certain unavoidable <strong>limitations<\/strong> that accompany access to the electronic version:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>in general, users from the faculty and the hostipal may not have equal access to journals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>some journals do not have full-text articles published online at all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other times, the price of the purchased printed version does not include the online version<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sometimes the access is provided to only one user<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The effort was to make titles that we as a faculty\/hospital subscribe to available.
