Physical attack
- Run to safety and do not escalate the situation.
- Call the police at 158.
- Try to prevent anyone else from getting involved in the conflict.
- If possible, inform the reception desk.

Threatening phone call
- Try to keep the caller on the line.
- Write down the phone number if it is visible.
- Contact the security specialist at LFP 770 318 654.

Verbal aggression
- Try to calm the situation down.
- Do not interrupt the person and listen to them.
- If the situation escalates, firmly set your boundaries.
- Contact the reception desk or call 158.

In case
of fire
- Follow the fire alarm instructions.
- Leave the area via the shortest escape route.
- Report the fire to reception.
- If you smell smoke, stay low to the ground and cover your mouth.

Political agitation
during lessons

Harassment
on the Internet
- Do not respond.
- Save the evidence.
- Report the incident to the LFP ombudsman, LFP security specialist, or the Czech Police at 158.

The Crisis Information Call System works at LFP to provide information to students and staff in the event of emergencies and crisis situations or accidents.
To be able to receive messages from KISS, you need to have your number in the database. For students, that means having your phone number in SIS, for staff in WhoIs.

Preventive guidelines
Be aware of your surroundings and let them know if something seems dangerous.
- It could be a suspicious object or person
- Always contact a faculty member you trust. You may also contact LFP security or the LFP Security Specialist.
- If there is a physical incident or other serious danger, call the police directly at 158.
If you find a suspicious object:
- Do not touch or open the object.
- Move away to a safe distance. If you can see the object, you are not safe.
- Notify LFP security or the police at 158.
- If possible, strongly urge others around you to stay away from the object.
Do not bring weapons or other means of self-defense into the building.
If you do not feel safe, contact LFP security or an LFP security specialist.
