The Crisis Information Call System (acronym KISS from the Czech “Krizový informační svolávací systém”) has been launched at LFP to provide information to students and staff in the event of emergencies and crisis situations or accidents. It is administered by the Charles University.
“You can be contacted by the faculty management, security or another authorised person using the KISS system,” explains LFP security specialist Ondřej Topinka. “We therefore recommend that you save the contacts listed below – in the event of an emergency, you will know that this is not a spam, but a crisis alert.”
To be able to receive messages from KISS, you need to have your number in the database. For students, that means having your phone number in SIS, for staff in WhoIs.
KISS at LFP – where the alert message will come from:
- SMS: +420 720 013 023
- E-mail: kiss@kiss.o2.cz
- Voice call: +420 272 002 001 or +420 272 002 002 002
Note: these contacts are only used to communicate crisis messages, not to receive inquiries, so do not call or write to them.
