Entry to the premises of the Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen
In view of the current epidemiological situation and measures, visitors from the public or from the cooperating institutions are requested not to enter the Faculty premises. In case that for example some documents need to be handed over, please wait at the entrance and ask the person concerned to come out of the building and pick them up. This may be done via intercom, mobile phone or the receptionist. The receptionists are instructed not to let any external persons into the premises. This measure will be valid for the whole period of the mandatory testing of employees. Thank you for your understanding.
The employees of the Faculty will be allowed to enter the premises only upon submission of the certificate on antigen testing for SARS-CoV-2 with a negative result. The certificate on the negative testing may be required by receptionists at the entrance of any of the Faculty buildings, by the heads of the departments or by other authorized persons at workplaces. The employees may also present the statutory declaration of having had laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 when the period of isolation according to the valid Emergency Measure of the Ministry of Health has terminated, they have no symptoms of COVID-19 and no more than 90 days have passed since the first positive RT-PCR test for the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus or the POC test for the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 antigen, or the statutory declaration of having a certificate issued by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic on vaccination against COVID-19, at least 14 days have passed since the application of the second dose of a vaccine in the case of a two-dose scheme according to the summary of product characteristics (hereinafter “SPC”) or at least 14 days have passed since the application of the first dose of a vaccine in the case of a single-dose scheme according to the SPC and the vaccinated person has no symptoms of COVID-19.
Students coming for classes taking place in the Faculty premises shall comply with the current anti-epidemic measures (respirators).
