Student evaluation of classes is a basic and compulsory way of evaluating the quality of teaching at the Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen; takes place once a year. Students in SIS evaluate individual subjects and teachers:
- numerically (by awarding a mark),
- free comments.
The obtained data are evaluated by a committee consisting of (max.) 9 teachers and 9 students (members of the committee) - statistically and by reading all free comments, their classification and SWOT analysis. The basic outcome of the commission is the Evaluation Report. General rules of HVS are regulated by the Rules for Assessment of Teaching by LFP Students, details are set out in the methodology published with each commission report.
